Courtney Cline is a founding Equity Shareholder at Cline Caldwell, LLP, where she specializes in complex marital dissolution and family law matters. With extensive experience as a litigator and mediator, Ms. Cline is dedicated to delivering a high level of service to every client and family.
As a formally trained mediator, Ms. Cline applies her courtroom experience to facilitate amicable resolutions of divorce and family law disputes, offering a valuable alternative to litigation. In addition to her mediation practice, she serves as a Parenting Coordinator and Decision-Maker (“PC/DM”) and Arbitrator in Court-ordered appointments, providing comprehensive dispute resolution services to families.
Ms. Cline’s legal expertise and dedication to professionalism have been consistently recognized, with her inclusion in the Colorado Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list from 2012 to 2018 and in the Colorado Super Lawyers edition from 2020 to present. In 2012, she earned the prestigious “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, an honor she continues to uphold. Litigation, mediation, arbitration, and parenting coordination with decision-making regarding: dissolution of marriage and legal separation, including division of property and debts, maintenance and attorney fees; child-related matters such as decision-making, parenting time, child support, and relocation; post-decree modifications of parenting time and child support; enforcement of court orders by contempt or execution of judgments; guardianships; dependency and neglect matters; adoptions and paternity actions; marital agreements; and appeals to the District Court or Court of Appeals.
