Kyla C. Kornmann

Associate Attorney

Kyla Kornmann is an Associate Attorney with Cline Caldwell, LLP whose practice focuses solely on Domestic Relations matters including divorce proceedings, legal separations, custody, post-decree modifications, protection orders, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. In addition to her litigation practice, she serves as a Parenting Coordinator and Decision-Maker (“PC/DM”) and Arbitrator in Court-ordered appointments, providing comprehensive dispute resolution services to families.

Ms. Kornmann was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for her work in Family Law and Family Law Mediation and Arbitration in 2026. Ms. Kornmann is a member of the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals, the Colorado Bar Association, the Arapahoe Bar Association, the Douglas-Elbert Bar Association, and the Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee.

Ms. Kornmann earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. After college, she worked as a case manager helping youth involved in the juvenile justice system graduate from high school and obtain employment. During her time in law school, Ms. Kornmann worked at the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office under the Student Practice Act, gaining valuable litigation experience. Ms. Kornmann also worked as a student attorney in the Civil Litigation Clinic where she represented a client in a custody matter, assisted victims of domestic violence and elder abuse obtain civil protection orders, and acted as guardian ad litem. Additionally, Ms. Kornmann clerked for the Honorable Magistrate Lord-Blegen and Honorable Magistrate Hubler of the Denver District Court.

In her free time, Ms. Kornmann enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
