Jennifer Workman

Senior Associate Attorney

Jennifer Workman is a Colorado native whose connection to family law began early in life. As a child of divorce, she developed a personal understanding of the profound impact legal proceedings can have on families—an experience that inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to guiding clients through some of life’s most important transitions.

Jennifer has been practicing family law since 2013. Her practice focuses primarily on family formation matters, including adoption, surrogacy, guardianship and conservatorship, marital agreements, and estate planning. She also represents clients in complex dissolution of marriage and allocation of parental rights cases. Over the course of her career, Jennifer has successfully handled hundreds of cases and supported families through both challenging and transformative moments.

Jennifer is actively involved in the legal community. She currently serves on the Public Policy Committee for the Kempe Foundation and is a member of both the Family Law Section and the Estate Planning Section of the Colorado Bar Association. She also contributed to the Orange Book Committee in the development of the Colorado Marital Agreement form. Throughout her career, Jennifer has remained committed to service, volunteering with organizations including Metro Volunteer Lawyers, the Colorado Lawyers Committee, Wills for Heroes, and the Veterans Benefits Free Legal Clinic.

Outside of her practice, Jennifer enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with her dogs and her husband.
